2. Practical Applications
Vacuuming automotive air conditioning systems before gas charging. Used for R-12 and R134a refrigerant systems. Supporting automotive air conditioning technicians and automotive repair mechanics. Used in garages, service workshops and automotive maintenance stations. Suitable for automotive technical training. Convenient for periodic maintenance of air conditioning systems. Used for vacuuming refrigeration equipment and gas systems.
3. How to Use
Step 1: Check the pump and accessories are complete before use.
Step 2: Connect the pump to the air conditioning system to be vacuumed.
Step 3: Plug the 115V/60HZ power cord into a suitable outlet.
Step 4: Turn on the switch to start the vacuum pump.
Step 5: Observe the vacuum gauge to monitor the vacuum process.
Step 6: Wait until reaching the required 150 Microns vacuum level.
Step 7: Turn off the pump and clean the equipment after completing the work.
4. Device Maintenance
Clean pump with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse pump in water or strong solvents. Change pump oil periodically according to manufacturer recommendations. Check pump oil periodically to ensure proper level and cleanliness. Check valve and connection ends periodically for leaks. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use pump outside 115V/60HZ voltage range. Store in carrying case when not in use.
