1. Outstanding Features

The easy stripper cutters are made by precision machines and HRC55-60 blade cuts wire fast and smoothly. Applicable stripper range: AWG 24-10 (0.2~6.0mm2). For insulated terminals: AWG 22-10 (0.5~6.0mm2). For non-insulated terminals: AWG 22-10 (0.5~6.0mm2). For auto ignition terminals: 7-8mm. Length 8-1/4" (210mm), sturdy and easy to operate.

3. How to Use

Step 1: Select the stripping slot suitable for the wire size to be handled.

Step 2: Place the electrical wire into the corresponding stripping slot on the pliers.

Step 3: Squeeze the handle firmly to automatically strip the insulation.

Step 4: Pull the wire out to complete stripping without damaging the wire core.

Step 5: Select the crimping slot suitable for the terminal type to be crimped.

Step 6: Place the terminal and wire into the crimping slot, squeeze the handle firmly.

Step 7: Clean the pliers and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean pliers with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse pliers in water or strong solvents. Apply oil to the joint periodically for smooth operation. Check HRC55-60 blade periodically for wear or chipping. Check stripping slots and crimping slots to ensure accuracy. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use pliers to cut hard wire or overly thick metal materials. Store in carrying case when not in use.
