3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the pump and accessories are complete before use.

Step 2: Connect the pump to the air conditioning system to be vacuumed.

Step 3: Plug the AC-110V power cord into a suitable outlet.

Step 4: Turn on the switch to start the vacuum pump.

Step 5: Observe the charging window to monitor the vacuum process.

Step 6: Check the relief valve and pressure does not exceed 350psi.

Step 7: Turn off the pump and clean the equipment after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean pump with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse pump in water or strong solvents. Change pump oil periodically according to manufacturer recommendations. Check relief valve periodically to ensure good operation. Check oil-water separation bottle periodically and drain when needed. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use pump outside AC-110V voltage range. Store in carrying case when not in use.
