1. Outstanding Features
R-12 sight glass manifold with three 60" color-coded hoses. With sight glasses, helping check refrigerant condition during use. High pressure 0~500psi / 0~35kg/c㎡. Low pressure 0~250psi / -1~17kg/c㎡. Vacuum 0~76 in/Hg. Specially designed for automotive air conditioning systems using R-12 gas.
2. Practical Applications
Measuring high and low pressure of automotive air conditioning systems using R-12. Charging gas and testing vacuum of air conditioning systems. Checking refrigerant condition through sight glass. Supporting automotive air conditioning technicians and automotive repair mechanics. Used in garages, service workshops and automotive maintenance stations. Suitable for automotive technical training. Convenient for periodic maintenance of air conditioning systems. Three color-coded hoses help easy identification during connection.
3. How to Use
Step 1: Check the gauge and connection hoses are complete.
Step 2: Connect the red hose to the high pressure port.
Step 3: Connect the blue hose to the low pressure port.
Step 4: Connect the yellow hose to the gas cylinder or vacuum pump.
Step 5: Open the valves and read pressure values on the gauge.
Step 6: Observe the sight glass to check refrigerant condition.
Step 7: Clean the gauge and store in the case after completing the work.
4. Device Maintenance
Clean gauge with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse gauge in water or strong solvents. Check hoses and couplers periodically for leaks. Check gauge glass for cracks or cloudiness. Check valves and couplers periodically. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use gauge outside allowed pressure range. Store in carrying case when not in use.
