3. How to Use

Step 1: Ensure the radiator is cool enough before opening the cap for testing.

Step 2: Immerse the suction tip of the tester into the coolant.

Step 3: Squeeze the rubber bulb to draw coolant into the measuring chamber.

Step 4: Observe the needle pointer on the scale to read the result.

Step 5: Read the freezing point on the corresponding scale.

Step 6: Compare the result with manufacturer specifications.

Step 7: Clean the tester and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean tester with clean water after each use. Do not immerse tester in strong solvents or concentrated acid. Check rubber bulb periodically for cracks or aging. Check needle pointer and scales periodically to ensure accuracy. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use tester outside allowed measurement range. Store in carrying case when not in use.
