1. Key Features
The JTC-4011A A/C Compressor Belt Installer is specially designed for installing the air conditioning compressor belt on BMW engines without damaging the belt or pulley.
The tool allows the compressor belt to be guided smoothly onto the pulley, making installation fast, accurate and safe, especially for stretch belts commonly used on BMW engines.
Manufactured to OEM standards with precision-machined components to prevent belt twisting, tearing or deformation during installation.
Constructed from high-strength alloy steel for excellent durability, wear resistance and long service life.

3. Instructions for Use
Remove the old compressor belt if necessary.
Position the JTC-4011A on the A/C compressor pulley.
Place the new belt in the starting position.
Rotate the pulley or crankshaft in the specified direction until the belt is fully seated.
Verify proper belt alignment before starting the engine.
4. Maintenance
Clean the tool after each use.
Apply anti-rust oil before storage.
Inspect the contact surfaces regularly.
Do not use the tool as a pry bar.
