1. Key Features
The JTC-4416 Serpentine Belt Tool is specially designed for removing and installing the serpentine drive belt on MINI Cooper N-series engines.
Each set includes one large and one small 12-point wrench, allowing technicians to easily operate the belt tensioner in confined engine compartments.
The dedicated design enables quick belt replacement while reducing the risk of damaging the belt, pulleys and belt tensioner.
Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, the tool offers excellent durability, high torque capacity and long service life for professional workshop use.

3. Instructions for Use
Select the appropriate wrench size.
Position the wrench on the belt tensioner.
Rotate the tensioner to release belt tension.
Remove or install the serpentine belt.
Slowly release the tensioner and verify correct belt alignment.
4. Maintenance
Clean the tools after each use.
Do not use them as pry bars.
Apply anti-rust oil regularly.
Inspect the wrench ends before use.
Store in a clean and dry place.
