1. Key Features
The JTC-4001A Control Arm Bush Remover/Installer is specially designed for removing and installing the hydro-mount rubber bushes in the left or right control arm on BMW MINI Cooper vehicles.
The tool allows bush replacement without removing the entire control arm assembly, significantly reducing service time and labor.
Manufactured to OEM specifications with precision-machined components, it ensures accurate bush positioning while minimizing the risk of damage to the control arm or the new bush.
Made from high-strength alloy steel, the tool provides excellent pressing strength, wear resistance and long service life for professional workshop use.

3. Instructions for Use
Position the tool assembly on the bush to be replaced.
Install the pressing cups and threaded spindle.
Tighten the spindle to press out the old bush.
Position the new bush correctly.
Tighten the spindle again to press the new bush fully into place.
Verify correct orientation and seating before completing the repair.
4. Maintenance
Clean the tool after each use.
Lubricate the threaded spindle regularly.
Inspect the threads and pressing cups before use.
Do not exceed the recommended pressing force.
Store in a clean and dry environment.
