1. Key Features
The JTC-4804 Serpentine Belt Tool Kit is specially designed for removing and installing the serpentine belt on BMW MINI Cooper vehicles equipped with the W11 engine.
The tool allows technicians to safely operate the belt tensioner, making serpentine belt replacement quicker while reducing the risk of damaging the belt, pulleys or accessory drive components.
Its compact design provides excellent access in the confined engine compartment of the MINI Cooper.

3. Instructions for Use
Position the tool on the belt tensioner.
Rotate the tensioner to release belt tension.
Remove or install the serpentine belt according to the belt routing.
Slowly release the tensioner.
Verify that the belt is properly seated on all pulleys before starting the engine.
4. Maintenance
Clean after each use.
Apply anti-rust oil regularly.
Do not use as a pry bar.
Inspect the working surfaces before use.
Store in a clean and dry place.
