The JTC-4111 Fuel Tank Lid Remover is specially designed for removing and installing the fuel tank lock ring on diesel and gasoline vehicles.
The tool enables quick and safe removal of the fuel tank retaining ring without damaging the plastic locking ring or fuel pump assembly, making fuel system maintenance easier and more efficient.
Precision manufactured to OEM specifications, JTC-4111 provides an accurate fit for various BMW and Volvo fuel tank lock rings.

3. Instructions for Use
Remove the access cover to the fuel pump assembly.
Position the JTC-4111 on the fuel tank lock ring.
Rotate the tool to loosen or tighten the retaining ring.
Complete the required fuel system service.
Reinstall the lock ring according to the manufacturer's torque specification.
4. Maintenance
Clean after each use.
Inspect the contact surfaces before use.
Apply anti-rust oil periodically.
Use only with compatible lock rings.
Store in a clean and dry toolbox.
