3. How to Use

Step 1: Select the crimping slot suitable for the wire size to be crimped.

Step 2: Place the non-insulated cable lug into the corresponding crimping slot on the pliers.

Step 3: Insert the stripped electrical wire into the cable lug.

Step 4: Squeeze the handle firmly to crimp the terminal securely.

Step 5: Open the pliers and check the crimp is firm.

Step 6: Pull the wire gently to check the grip of the crimp.

Step 7: Clean the pliers and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean pliers with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse pliers in water or strong solvents. Apply oil to the joint periodically for smooth operation. Check crimping slots periodically for wear or chipping. Check handle for cracks or peeling. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use pliers to cut hard wire or metal materials. Store in carrying case when not in use.
