3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the charging cylinder and accessories are complete.

Step 2: Connect the charging cylinder to the air conditioning system to be charged.

Step 3: Open the valve so gas flows from the cylinder into the system.

Step 4: Observe the precision gauge to monitor the gas amount.

Step 5: Read the clearly calibrate to determine the gas amount charged.

Step 6: Close the valve when the gas amount reaches manufacturer specifications.

Step 7: Clean the charging cylinder and store in the storage area after completion.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean charging cylinder with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse charging cylinder in water or strong solvents. Check gauge periodically to ensure accuracy. Check valve and connection ends periodically for leaks. Check cylinder body for cracks or deformation. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use charging cylinder outside allowed gas type. Store in carrying case when not in use.
