3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the tool and components are complete.

Step 2: Identify the DOC catalytic converter position to be removed or installed on the Scania truck.

Step 3: Install the tool onto the DOC catalytic converter position.

Step 4: Connect the tool with a torque wrench or impact wrench if needed.

Step 5: Turn the tool to remove the DOC catalytic converter from position.

Step 6: Install the new DOC catalytic converter into position and tighten securely.

Step 7: Clean the tool and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean tool with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse tool in water or strong solvents. Apply oil to the tool surface periodically for rust prevention. Check tool tip periodically for wear or cracks. Check tool body periodically for deformation. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use tool outside designed purpose. Store in carrying case when not in use.
