3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the tool, cylinder and JTC-CP350 adapter are complete.

Step 2: Connect the cylinder with the JTC-HB600 hydraulic pump.

Step 3: Identify the spring pin bush position to be removed or installed.

Step 4: Install the tool onto the spring pin bush position.

Step 5: Activate the hydraulic pump to generate 17T pressing force.

Step 6: Remove or install the bush from position.

Step 7: Clean the tool and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean tool with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse tool in water or strong solvents. Apply oil to joints and screw threads periodically for smooth operation. Check hydraulic cylinder periodically for oil leaks. Check JTC-CP350 adapter periodically for cracks or deformation. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use tool outside allowed pressure. Store in carrying case when not in use.
