3. How to Use

Step 1: Identify the pipeline size to be tested.

Step 2: Select the iron plate or rubber head suitable for the pipeline.

Step 3: Clamp the adapter onto the pipeline to be tested.

Step 4: Connect the adapter to the gauge or testing equipment.

Step 5: Check pressure and leakage condition of the system.

Step 6: Remove the adapter after completing the test.

Step 7: Clean the adapter and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean adapter with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse adapter in water or strong solvents. Check iron plates periodically for rust or deformation. Check rubber heads periodically for cracks or aging. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use adapter outside designed purpose. Store in carrying case when not in use.
