3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the puller set and components are complete.

Step 2: Identify the transmission bearing position to be removed on the truck.

Step 3: Select the puller attachment suitable for the transmission bearing size.

Step 4: Install the puller set onto the transmission bearing position.

Step 5: Tighten the center screw to pull the bearing out of the shaft.

Step 6: Check the bearing and related parts are not damaged.

Step 7: Clean the tool and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean tool with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse tool in water or strong solvents. Apply oil to the screw thread periodically for smooth operation. Check screw thread periodically for wear or damage. Check jaws and puller body periodically for cracks or deformation. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use tool outside allowed load capacity. Store in carrying case when not in use.
