1. Key Features
The JTC-4419 Fuel Tank Lid Remover is specially designed for removing and installing the fuel tank lock ring on BMW, MINI Cooper and Land Rover vehicles.
The tool can be operated with either a 1/2" square drive or a 21 mm wrench, providing flexibility for different workshop environments.
Manufactured to OEM specifications, JTC-4419 allows quick and safe removal of the fuel tank retaining ring without damaging the fuel pump module or plastic locking ring.
Constructed from high-strength alloy steel, the tool provides excellent durability and high torque capacity for professional automotive service.

3. Instructions for Use
Remove the fuel pump access cover.
Position the JTC-4419 on the fuel tank lock ring.
Operate the tool using a 1/2" square drive or a 21 mm wrench.
Loosen or tighten the retaining ring as required.
Reinstall according to the manufacturer's torque specifications.
4. Maintenance
Clean after each use.
Inspect the contact tabs before use.
Apply anti-rust oil periodically.
Do not strike the tool with a hammer.
Store in a clean and dry toolbox.
