3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the tool and adjust the gap according to cylinder pressure.

Step 2: Connect the tool to the engine ignition system.

Step 3: Start the engine or turn the ignition switch to ON position.

Step 4: Observe the spark produced at the gap of the tool.

Step 5: Judge ignition quality according to spark color and distance.

Step 6: Adjust the gap to test at different pressure levels.

Step 7: Clean the tool and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean tool with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse tool in water or strong solvents. Check insulation coating periodically for cracks or peeling. Check gap and adjustment mechanism periodically. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use tool outside allowed pressure range. Store in carrying case when not in use.
