3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the valve and components are complete.

Step 2: Install the valve onto the service can containing oil and dye.

Step 3: Tighten the left hand thread 14x1.25 onto the service can.

Step 4: Connect the male thread 18x1.5 to the hose.

Step 5: Open the valve so oil or dye flows through.

Step 6: Close the valve when oil or dye charging is complete.

Step 7: Clean the valve and store in the case after completion.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean valve with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse valve in water or strong solvents. Check threads periodically for wear or damage. Check valve periodically to ensure good operation. Check rubber seals periodically for cracks or aging. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use valve outside designed purpose. Store in carrying case when not in use.
