3. How to Use
Step 1: Check the machine and accessories are complete.
Step 2: Connect the G1/2" air inlet with the compressed air supply.
Step 3: Adjust the air inlet pressure to 90-120 psi.
Step 4: Place the brake lining into the removal position on the machine.
Step 5: Ensure the brake lining width does not exceed 220 mm.
Step 6: Start the machine to remove the brake lining using the pneumatic mechanism.
Step 7: Turn off the machine and clean the equipment after completing the work.
4. Device Maintenance
Clean machine with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse machine in water or strong solvents. Check pneumatic system periodically for leaks. Check G1/2" air inlet periodically to ensure firm connection. Apply oil to the actuator mechanism periodically for smooth operation. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use machine outside allowed specifications. Store in carrying case when not in use.
