3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the machine and accessories are complete.

Step 2: Connect the AC 220-240V (single phase) power supply.

Step 3: Select the riveting head suitable for size 6, 8 or 10 mm.

Step 4: Place the brake lining and rivet into the riveting position.

Step 5: Adjust the distance between riveting head and frame up to 125 mm.

Step 6: Start the machine to rivet using 80 bar hydraulic pressure.

Step 7: Turn off the machine and clean the equipment after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean machine with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse machine in water or strong solvents. Check hydraulic oil periodically and refill when needed. Check riveting head periodically for wear or cracks. Check power cord and hydraulic system periodically for leaks. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use machine outside allowed specifications. Store in carrying case when not in use.
