3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the puller, hydraulic cylinder and coupler are complete.

Step 2: Connect the 20T hydraulic cylinder with the JTC-CP351 coupler.

Step 3: Select the 1/2" or 5/8" weld-on adapter suitable for the pin.

Step 4: Install the adapter onto the pivot pin position to be removed.

Step 5: Place the hydraulic puller onto the pivot pin position.

Step 6: Activate the hydraulic cylinder to pull the pin out of position.

Step 7: Clean the tool and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean tool with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse tool in water or strong solvents. Apply oil to joints and screw threads periodically for smooth operation. Check hydraulic cylinder periodically for oil leaks. Check weld-on adapters periodically for cracks or deformation. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use tool outside allowed load capacity. Store in carrying case when not in use.
