Specially designed for disassembling truck ball joints. Use with 4.5T hydraulic cylinder and JTC-CP351 coupler. Air pump is optional, JTC-8P120 is recommended. To accommodate various ball joint positions, the handle and claw positions can be interchanged for optional functionality. Jaw opening 26, 32, 42, 56 mm. Applicable all types of trucks. 3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the separator, hydraulic cylinder and coupler are complete.

Step 2: Connect the 4.5T hydraulic cylinder with the JTC-CP351 coupler.

Step 3: Select the suitable jaw opening 26, 32, 42 or 56 mm.

Step 4: Interchange handle and claw positions according to the ball joint position.

Step 5: Place the separator onto the ball joint position to be disassembled.

Step 6: Activate the hydraulic cylinder to separate the ball joint from the axle.

Step 7: Clean the separator and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean separator with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse separator in water or strong solvents. Apply oil to joints and screw threads periodically for smooth operation. Check hydraulic cylinder periodically for oil leaks. Check claws and separator body periodically for cracks or deformation. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use separator outside allowed load capacity. Store in carrying case when not in use.
