3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the separator and components are complete.

Step 2: Identify the ball joint position to be removed on the axle.

Step 3: Place the window type opening onto the ball joint position.

Step 4: Ensure the 32mm jaw opening and 95mm jaw depth are suitable.

Step 5: Tighten the center screw to generate separating force on the ball joint.

Step 6: Continue tightening until the ball joint separates from the axle.

Step 7: Clean the separator and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean separator with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse separator in water or strong solvents. Apply oil to the screw thread periodically for smooth operation. Check screw thread periodically for wear or damage. Check jaws and separator body periodically for cracks or deformation. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use separator outside allowed load capacity. Store in carrying case when not in use.
