3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the gauge and measurement heads are complete.

Step 2: Select the small or large pointed tip suitable for the measuring position.

Step 3: Connect the measurement head with the 3/8" Dr. socket of the gauge.

Step 4: Place the measurement head at the position to be checked on the frame.

Step 5: Read the measurement result on the gauge body from 40 to 1800 mm.

Step 6: Use the level ruler to ensure more accurate measuring.

Step 7: Clean the gauge and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean gauge with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse gauge in water or strong solvents. Check measurement heads periodically for wear or bending. Check level ruler periodically to ensure accuracy. Check gauge body periodically for cracks or deformation. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use gauge outside 40~1800 mm measuring range. Store in carrying case when not in use.
