3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the wrench and components are complete.

Step 2: Identify the diesel fuel filter position to be removed on the Hino 11T truck.

Step 3: Install the 1/2" square drive onto a torque wrench or impact wrench.

Step 4: Place the 113 mm 8PT wrench onto the fuel filter cap.

Step 5: Turn the wrench to remove the filter from position.

Step 6: Install the new filter into position and tighten with the wrench.

Step 7: Clean the wrench and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean wrench with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse wrench in water or strong solvents. Apply oil to the wrench surface periodically for rust prevention. Check 8PT teeth periodically for wear or chipping. Check 1/2" square drive periodically to ensure firm fit. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use wrench outside designed purpose. Store in carrying case when not in use.
