3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the punch and components are complete.

Step 2: Adjust the throat depth up to 40mm max as needed.

Step 3: Mark the position to be punched on the metal sheet.

Step 4: Place the punch tip at the marked position.

Step 5: Squeeze the handle firmly to punch Ø 5mm hole through the iron plate.

Step 6: Check the punched hole meets size and position requirements.

Step 7: Clean the punch and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean punch with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse punch in water or strong solvents. Apply oil to the joint periodically for smooth operation. Check punch tip periodically for wear or chipping. Check handle for cracks or peeling. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use punch to punch metal sheets thicker than 1.2mm. Store in carrying case when not in use.
