3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the tool and components are complete.

Step 2: Identify the AdBlue tank lid position to be removed on the Hino truck.

Step 3: Install the 1/2" square drive onto a torque wrench or impact wrench.

Step 4: Place the 185 mm 7PT tool onto the AdBlue tank lid.

Step 5: Turn the tool to remove the lid from the tank.

Step 6: Install the new lid into position and tighten with the tool.

Step 7: Clean the tool and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean tool with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse tool in water or strong solvents. Apply oil to the tool surface periodically for rust prevention. Check 7PT teeth periodically for wear or chipping. Check 1/2" square drive periodically to ensure firm fit. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use tool outside designed purpose. Store in carrying case when not in use.
