The JTC-6973 Crankshaft Seal Installer (PTFE) for VAG is a professional service tool specially designed for renewing and installing PTFE crankshaft seals on selected Audi engines. The installer accurately positions and guides the PTFE seal into place without damaging the sealing lip.

3. Instructions for Use
Remove the old crankshaft seal.
Thoroughly clean the installation area.
Position the new PTFE seal onto the JTC-6973 installer.
Align the installer with the crankshaft center.
Press the seal evenly to the specified installation depth.
Do not lubricate the PTFE sealing lip unless specified by the manufacturer.
Verify proper sealing after installation.
4. Maintenance
Clean the tool after each use.
