The JTC-6886 Electric Power Steering Rack Socket is specially designed for removing and installing the electric power steering rack adjusting screw on BMW vehicles.
The precision-machined 27 mm DR. × 24 mm / 8-point (8PT) socket provides an exact fit, reducing the risk of slipping or damaging the adjusting screw during service.
JTC-6886 allows technicians to efficiently perform maintenance, adjustment and repair of electric power steering (EPS) systems, especially in confined working areas.

3. Instructions for Use
Locate the electric power steering rack adjusting screw.
Position the JTC-6886 socket onto the adjusting screw.
Use an appropriate drive tool to loosen or tighten the screw.
Perform the required repair or adjustment.
Tighten according to the manufacturer's specified torque.
4. Maintenance
Clean after each use.
Inspect the socket profile before use.
Use only on compatible fasteners.
Apply anti-rust oil periodically.
