3. Instructions for Use
Remove the transmission and flywheel according to the service procedure.
Clean the installation surface thoroughly.
Position the new PTFE seal onto the JTC-6849 installer.
Align the installer with the crankshaft centerline.
Press the seal evenly to the specified installation depth.
Remove the installer and inspect the seal before reassembling the flywheel.
4. Maintenance
Clean the tool after each use.
Inspect locating and guiding surfaces regularly.
Do not strike the tool directly with a hammer.
Apply anti-corrosion oil before long-term storage.
Store in a clean, dry toolbox.
