1. Key Features
The JTC-6807 Crankshaft Rotating/Holding Tool is specially designed to rotate the crankshaft and securely hold the flywheel during engine timing service, timing chain replacement, crankshaft pulley removal and engine repair on BMW and MINI vehicles.
The tool securely locks the flywheel while allowing safe crankshaft rotation, preventing unwanted movement when loosening or tightening high-torque fasteners.
Manufactured to OEM standards with precision-machined components for accurate fitment and reliable operation.

3. Instructions for Use
Install the JTC-6807 tool onto the designated flywheel or crankshaft position.
Secure the flywheel to prevent crankshaft movement.
Rotate the crankshaft or perform engine timing service as required.
Remove the tool after the repair and verify proper engine operation.
4. Maintenance
Clean the tool after each use.
Apply anti-rust oil before storage.
Inspect the locking surfaces regularly for wear or deformation.
Store the tool in a dry carrying case.
Do not exceed the recommended torque.
