2. Practical Applications
This tool kit is essential for professional automotive repair workshops, specifically designed for aligning and assembling the subframe and transmission systems on modern vehicle models such as the Audi A3 (2013 onwards) and Volkswagen Golf (2013 onwards), ensuring absolute positioning accuracy and preventing wheel geometry misalignments.
3. How to Use
Prior to reassembling the subframe, thread the appropriate M10 and M12 alignment pins from the JTC-6744 set into the corresponding threaded holes on the vehicle body according to technical guidelines. Use the pins as guiding posts to smoothly guide the subframe into exact position before tightening mounting bolts and removing the pins.
4. Device Maintenance
After finishing work, thoroughly clean all grease, oil, and dirt from the threads and bodies of each alignment pin using a soft cloth. Neatly organize all 6 pieces into their dedicated protective case and store them in a dry, well-ventilated area to prevent rust and maintain long-lasting mechanical durability.
