2. Practical Applications
This professional tool is essential for advanced automotive workshops and diagnostic centers, specifically tailored for ECU flashing, software updates, and ADAS sensor recalibration.
Delivers a peak output power of 1,760W with a maximum programming current of 100A and an engine start support current of up to 100A.
Supports multiple interface languages: English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Russian, Japanese, and Korean.
3. How to Use
Connect the #4 AWG (3-meter) output cables of the JTC-6381 securely to the vehicle battery terminals (positive red, negative black), ensuring correct polarity.
Plug the input power cord into a 200–240V AC outlet, power on the unit, and select the appropriate operation mode (charging, 100A programming stability, or 100A engine start).
Adjust the charging voltage (13–15.9V DC) and current (10–100A) settings if required according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.
Monitor the progress on the display panel until your ECU reprogramming or diagnostic task is successfully completed.
4. Device Maintenance
After finishing work, disconnect the input power supply and remove the clamps from the battery terminals.
Wipe down the charger body and the 3-meter cables using a clean, dry soft cloth to remove any oil, dust, or shop residue.
Neatly coil the cables and store the device in a dry, well-ventilated environment to ensure long-term durability and electronic stability.
