2. Practical Applications
This kit is an essential asset for automotive brake repair workshops and fluid line maintenance services.
Specifically applicable for 4.75 mm copper, steel, or aluminum tubing with a maximum wall thickness of up to 1.0 mm.
3. How to Use
Cut the target tube to the desired length using the pipe cutter, then use the deburring tool to remove sharp burrs from the inner and outer edges.
Clamp the tubing securely into the forming block of the JTC-6342 set, ensuring the correct extension length for flaring.
Engage the appropriate flaring adapter sequentially to form accurate single or double flares according to SAE or DIN standards.
Use the included tube bending tool to shape the line to the required angles before installing it onto the vehicle.
4. Device Maintenance
After finishing work, clean all metal shavings, grease, and debris from the cutter, flaring adapters, and components using a clean cloth.
Apply a light coat of anti-rust oil to metallic surfaces, neatly organize all parts back into the custom storage case, and store in a dry location.
