1. Key Features
The JTC-6025 multi-functional 12V battery tester is engineered to comprehensively test battery health, engine starting voltage, and charging system voltage.
Supports an extensive cold cranking amp (CCA) testing range across multiple international standards: SAE (200-950), DIN (105-600), EN (185-900), IEC (125-710), and CA/MCA (250-1190).
Features a convenient CCA level bar LED indication for fast, reliable assessment of battery condition and remaining lifespan.
2. Practical Applications
This testing device is essential for professional automotive repair workshops and electrical service centers, tailored for diagnosing electrical systems across 12V conventional lead-acid, AGM, and EFB batteries.
3. How to Use
Connect the red clamp of the JTC-6025 tester to the positive (+) terminal and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the 12V battery.
Power on the unit, select the appropriate testing standard, and input the rated CCA value specified on the battery label.
Follow the prompt screens to conduct tests successively: battery health test, engine starting (cranking) voltage test, and alternator charging voltage test to generate accurate diagnostic results.
4. Device Maintenance
After finishing work, clean any oil, grease, or debris from the tester body and clamps using a clean soft cloth.
Neatly coil the test cables and store the device in its protective carrying case, keeping it in a dry, well-ventilated area to maintain long-term electronic precision and durability.
