3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the Ø31 tool and components are complete.

Step 2: Identify the truck axle position to be removed.

Step 3: Install the Ø31 tool onto JTC-5244 or JTC-5167.

Step 4: Place the tool onto the M24 or M30 screw position.

Step 5: Determine the LH or RH thread direction to turn correctly.

Step 6: Turn the tool to remove the axle from position.

Step 7: Clean the tool and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean tool with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse tool in water or strong solvents. Apply oil to the tool surface periodically for rust prevention. Check Ø31 inner bore periodically for wear or cracks. Check tool body periodically for deformation. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use tool outside allowed load capacity. Store in carrying case when not in use.
