JTC-4911 Fuel Pump Wrench-for VAG
Specially designed wrench to remove and install the fuel pump on AUDI.
Using the wrench, turn inner section of surge housing approx. 15° to the left up to the stop and withdraw fuel pump assembly complete with the inner housing section.

1. Key Features
The JTC-4911 Fuel Pump Wrench for VAG is a professional service wrench specially designed for removing and installing in-tank fuel pump assemblies on Audi and Volkswagen vehicles. Its specially designed head securely engages the fuel pump locking ring, allowing safe removal without damaging the locking mechanism or fuel pump housing.
The wrench is used to rotate the inner section of the fuel pump housing approximately 15° to the left, releasing the locking mechanism so the complete fuel pump assembly can be removed safely.
Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, the JTC-4911 provides excellent durability and reliability for professional automotive fuel system service.

3. Instructions for Use
Remove the fuel pump access cover.
Position the JTC-4911 onto the fuel pump locking ring.
Rotate the inner housing approximately 15° to the left until it unlocks.
Withdraw the complete fuel pump assembly from the fuel tank.
Reinstall and lock the assembly securely after servicing.
4. Maintenance
Clean the tool after every use.
Apply anti-rust oil regularly.
Do not use beyond its intended purpose.
Inspect the wrench head before operation.
Store in a clean and dry environment.
