2. Practical Applications
This tool is essential for professional automotive repair workshops, specifically designed for servicing 4-cylinder 16V diesel engines manufactured between 2005 and 2008 on Volkswagen and Audi (TDI) vehicles, efficiently resolving severe carbon jamming issues in the cylinder head.
3. How to Use
Allow the engine to cool down before operation. Attach the two-jaw clamps of the JTC-4883 tool tightly around the injector body, connect it securely to the slide hammer, and apply steady vertical pulls using the slide hammer to extract the injector from its bore.
4. Device Maintenance
After finishing work, thoroughly clean all oil, metal shavings, and carbon deposits from the tool components using a soft cloth. Neatly organize all parts into their dedicated protective case and store them in a dry, well-ventilated area to prevent rust and maintain mechanical durability.
