1. Key Features
The JTC-4894 Output Shaft Pry Bar is specially designed for removing the output shaft from the front transaxle assembly on BMW four-wheel-drive (4WD/xDrive) vehicles.
Its dedicated pry bar design provides controlled leverage for separating the output shaft while minimizing the risk of damage to the oil seal, bearings, CV joint or transmission housing.
The tool improves service efficiency and reduces the need for improvised removal methods that may damage drivetrain components.
Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, JTC-4894 offers excellent durability and is ideal for professional automotive workshops.

3. Instructions for Use
Raise the vehicle and access the front drivetrain assembly.
Position the JTC-4894 between the output shaft and the transmission or differential housing.
Apply controlled leverage to release the shaft.
Inspect the oil seal and surrounding components before reassembly.
4. Maintenance
Clean after every use.
Inspect the working surfaces regularly.
Do not strike or overload the pry bar.
Apply anti-rust oil when required.
Store in a clean and dry location.
