The JTC-4396 Valve Pressure Spring Remover/Installer is specially designed for removing and installing the pressure spring on the intermediate lever of Valvetronic-equipped engines.
The tool enables safe and accurate removal and installation of the valve pressure spring while protecting the intermediate lever, eccentric shaft and related valve train components during engine service.
Manufactured to OEM standards with precision-machined components for accurate fitment and reliable professional performance.
Made from high-strength alloy steel for excellent durability, high load capacity and long service life.

3. Instructions for Use
Access the Valvetronic assembly according to the manufacturer's repair procedure.
Position the JTC-4396 correctly over the pressure spring.
Compress the spring and remove or install it as required.
Verify the spring and intermediate lever are correctly positioned.
Reassemble the engine and perform a functional inspection.
4. Maintenance
Clean the tool after every use.
Apply anti-rust oil before storage.
Inspect contact points regularly.
Store in a dry carrying case.
Use only on compatible engines.
