3. Instructions for Use
Rotate the engine to the Top Dead Center (TDC) position according to the BMW service manual.
Install the JTC-4235 timing tools at the specified locations.
Install or adjust the VANOS assembly.
Check and adjust the camshaft timing according to BMW specifications.
Remove the tools and verify engine timing before starting the engine.
4. Maintenance
Clean all tools after each use.
Apply anti-rust oil before storage.
Inspect locating tools regularly for wear or deformation.
Store the kit in a dry carrying case.
Use only on BMW S54 engines.
