The JTC-4187A Valve Pressure Spring Remover/Installer is specially designed for removing and installing the pressure spring on the intermediate lever of BMW Valvetronic engines.
The tool enables safe, accurate and efficient removal and installation of the valve pressure spring while minimizing the risk of damage to the intermediate lever, eccentric shaft and related valve train components.
Manufactured to OEM standards with precision-machined components for accurate fitment and dependable professional performance.

3. Instructions for Use
Access the Valvetronic system according to the BMW repair procedure.
Position the JTC-4187A correctly over the pressure spring.
Compress the spring and remove or install it as required.
Verify the correct position of the spring and intermediate lever.
Reassemble the engine components and perform a functional inspection.
4. Maintenance
Clean the tool after each use.
Apply anti-rust oil before storage.
Inspect loading points regularly.
Store in a dry carrying case.
