1. Key Features
The JTC-4183 V-Belt Installation Tool is specially designed for installing V-belts and stretch belts on BMW engines without damaging the belt or pulleys.
The tool allows quick, accurate and safe belt installation, especially on elastic stretch belts that do not use an automatic belt tensioner.
Manufactured to OEM standards with precision-machined components to prevent belt twisting, tearing or deformation during installation.
Constructed from high-strength alloy steel for excellent durability, wear resistance and long service life.

3. Instructions for Use
Remove the old belt if required.
Position the JTC-4183 on the pulley as specified.
Place the new belt in the starting position.
Rotate the crankshaft or pulley in the specified direction until the belt is fully seated.
Verify correct belt alignment before starting the engine.
4. Maintenance
Clean the tool after every use.
Apply anti-rust oil before storage.
Inspect the contact surfaces regularly.
Do not use the tool as a pry bar.
