1. Key Features
The JTC-4059 Crankshaft Rotating Tool is specially designed for rotating the crankshaft of BMW diesel engines through the crankshaft pulley during engine timing service, inspection and repair.
The tool allows technicians to rotate the crankshaft safely and accurately without damaging the pulley or surrounding components, making it ideal for positioning the engine at Top Dead Center (TDC).
Manufactured to OEM standards for precise fitment and efficient torque transmission.

3. Instructions for Use
Install the JTC-4059 tool onto the crankshaft pulley.
Use a suitable ratchet or breaker bar to rotate the crankshaft.
Turn the engine to the required position (TDC or service position).
Perform engine timing or repair procedures.
Remove the tool after the work is completed.
4. Maintenance
Clean the tool after every use.
Apply anti-rust oil before storage.
Inspect contact surfaces regularly for wear or deformation.
Store the tool in a dry environment.
Do not exceed the recommended torque during operation.
