3. How to Use

Step 1: Check the battery is fully charged via USB Type-C port.

Step 2: Select the tip and welding rod or staple suitable for the plastic type.

Step 3: Install the tip onto the heating tool and tighten securely.

Step 4: Open the safety switch protective cap and turn on the tool.

Step 5: Insert the tip into the cracked or broken plastic position.

Step 6: Weld the staple or welding rod into the plastic and wait to cool for fixing.

Step 7: Turn off the tool and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean tool with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse tool in water or strong solvents. Check welding tip periodically for wear or damage. Check USB Type-C charging port periodically for damage. Recharge battery periodically according to manufacturer recommendations. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use tool outside designed purpose. Store in carrying case when not in use.
