The JTC-1703 Fan Clutch Tool is specially designed to hold the water pump pulley securely while loosening or tightening the radiator cooling fan on BMW vehicles.
The tool prevents the water pump pulley from rotating during fan clutch removal or installation, allowing fast and safe servicing without damaging the pulley or cooling system components.

3. Instructions for Use
Position the JTC-1703 securely on the water pump pulley.
Hold the pulley firmly to prevent rotation.
Use the appropriate fan clutch wrench to loosen or tighten the fan nut.
Remove the tool after service and inspect the cooling system.
4. Maintenance
Clean after each use.
Apply anti-rust oil periodically.
Inspect the holding tabs before use.
Do not use as a pry bar or striking tool.
Store in a clean and dry place.
