3. How to Use

Step 1: Identify the air conditioning compressor type and select the suitable puller plate.

Step 2: Remove the centre screw of the clutch using a dedicated tool.

Step 3: Place the 2 or 3 hole puller plate onto the clutch position.

Step 4: Tighten the centre screw to create mechanical pulling force.

Step 5: Continue tightening until the clutch separates from the shaft.

Step 6: Remove the clutch from the air conditioning compressor.

Step 7: Clean the tools and store in the case after completing the work.

 

4. Device Maintenance

Clean tools with soft damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse tools in water or strong solvents. Apply oil to the screw thread periodically for smooth operation. Check screw thread periodically for wear or damage. Check 2 and 3 hole puller plates for cracks or deformation. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not use tools to remove overly hard metal materials. Store in carrying case when not in use.
